What’s the fastest way to get help with my order?

The fastest way is to submit a support request through our Order Support form in the Help Center (or the form on this page).

When you reach out, include:

  • Your order number
  • The store or website where you purchased
  • A brief summary of what’s going on (missing, damaged, wrong item, etc.)

This helps our team review your case and get back to you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to hear back from the Clarus team?

Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days.

During peak season or holidays, it may take a little longer, but we answer every request in the order it’s received and will follow up as soon as we’ve reviewed your details.

What information should I include when I contact support?

Sharing a few key details up front helps us solve your issue faster. If you can, please include:

  • Full name and email address used at checkout
  • Order number and purchase platform (e.g., Clarus website, Amazon, Home Depot)
  • The product model/SKU (from the box, manual, or order)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos or video, if something arrived damaged or isn’t working as expected

I bought my Clarus product from Amazon, Home Depot, or another retailer. Who should I contact?

Please have:

  • Your retailer order number
  • A copy or screenshot of your receipt
  • Photos of the product/issue (if applicable)

For some situations (like returns or refunds), we may need to follow the retailer’s policies and direct you back to them. For technical questions, compatibility, and warranty help, our team can usually assist you directly.
